Marketing & Communications Analyst

About the role

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking a Marketing & Communications Analyst to join its Boadilla headquarters in Madrid. The role focuses on driving the digital marketing strategy, optimizing performance across channels, and delivering measurable value for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns (LinkedIn, web, email, paid media, etc.).
• Analyse data and make data‑driven decisions to improve owned digital channels.
• Oversee digital presence and client touchpoints to ensure consistency.
• Support content creation aligned with business goals and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with global business teams to align marketing initiatives with strategic priorities.
• Assist in managing and optimising tools such as CRM, CMS and marketing automation platforms.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and optimising digital campaigns.
• Strong experience in data analysis and KPI‑driven environments.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.
