Senior Brand Management Marketing Analyst

About the role

Santander is seeking a Senior Brand Management Marketing Analyst to join its brand strategy team in Boadilla del Monte, Spain. The role will work closely with cross‑functional marketing groups to turn consumer insights and brand performance data into actionable strategies that strengthen brand equity and drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Translate consumer research, brand tracking, market intelligence and business objectives into clear brand implications and strategic recommendations.
• Define brand positioning, value propositions and messaging frameworks.
• Partner with Metrics & Insights to interpret segmentation, competitive analysis and brand health indicators.
• Support integrated brand‑building initiatives across product innovation, customer experience, content, advertising, media strategy, sponsorships and partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, design and communications teams to ensure consistent execution of brand strategy.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience translating consumer insights into brand strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills across marketing, product and communications functions.
• Ability to define clear brand positioning and messaging frameworks.
