Marketing Trainee (6‑month program)

About the role

Join Hilton’s Marketing department as a Marketing Trainee and support the development and execution of business strategies for a leading global hospitality brand. This six‑month program offers hands‑on experience in content creation, commercial planning, and brand repositioning while working closely with hotel teams and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing business plans and implementing proactive measures to meet objectives.
• Create and manage content for social networks.
• Support the hotel’s commercial strategy and brand repositioning initiatives.
• Organise and support commercial activities and events.
• Identify opportunities to expand the hotel’s presence on social platforms.

Required profile

• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong communication, organisational and planning abilities.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional presence and appropriate behaviour.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using Canva for graphic design.
