MSG3 Engineer

About the role

Join the MSG3 team at Airbus Helicopters in Albacete, where you will help shape the future of aircraft maintenance by applying the MSG‑3 methodology to improve safety, reliability and efficiency across our helicopter fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise scheduled maintenance tasks and intervals using the MSG‑3 methodology.
• Apply the process to Systems & Powerplant, Aircraft Structures, Zonal Inspections and Lightning/High‑Intensity Radio Frequency (L/HIRF) sections.
• Identify maintenance actions that are both effective and efficient, reducing unnecessary work while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure maintenance plans meet operator and manufacturer requirements.

Required profile

• Aeronautical engineering degree (or other engineering background with relevant experience).
• Experience with MSG‑3, Light‑Sport Aircraft (LSA) or maintenance engineering.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Problem‑oriented mindset, proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
