Operario/a de Producción – Barcelona

About the role

The Production Operator will work on Greif’s Barcelona plant, a facility dedicated to manufacturing steel drums. The role involves operating production equipment, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the tasks defined in the work instructions for each shift.
• Ensure that all assigned machines and equipment operate within established parameters.
• Maintain the cleanliness, order, and proper conservation of the work area, tools, and equipment during and after each task.
• Follow internal safety and quality regulations and act according to received instructions.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities and continuous‑improvement initiatives within the production area.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an industrial environment is valued, especially in paint‑booth operations and paint preparation/mixing.
• Valid forklift licence and hands‑on experience with a front‑mounted forklift.
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Forklift operation.
• Paint mixing and paint‑booth handling.
