About the role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Madrid studio. The role will ensure a professional environment, support HR and compliance functions, and act as a liaison with our international support team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee office logistics, supplies, equipment maintenance and health & safety compliance.
- Coordinate internal meetings, business travel, and team activities.
- Manage HR administration including onboarding, inductions, performance reviews, training and employee records.
- Support recruitment processes such as advertising, scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
- Maintain QA documentation, assist with ISO procedures and provide administrative support to senior management.
- Handle accounting tasks including invoice processing, expense management and coordination with the finance team.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Office Manager in an architecture, engineering or design environment.
- At least 2 years hands‑on experience in HR operations.
- Experience with QA and ISO procedures (minimum 1 year).
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- French language skills are a plus.
