About the role
COYA, a globally recognised luxury hospitality brand, is seeking a passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join its vibrant Barcelona venue. You will lead a high‑end team, ensuring guests experience the best of Peruvian cuisine, innovative cocktails and exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the restaurant team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and address any issues promptly.
- Oversee wine service, leveraging extensive wine knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
- Build strong relationships with guests and staff, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Work under pressure during long shifts while keeping attention to detail.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a high‑end hospitality venue.
- Proven ability to motivate, develop and lead a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Commitment to personal development and passion for working with people.
