Sales Development Specialist – Finance & Spend Management (French)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Specialist focused on Finance and Spend Management solutions to join SAP’s team in Barcelona. The role targets French‑speaking finance and procurement leaders, generating high‑quality pipeline that drives digital transformation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect finance, procurement and spend management stakeholders within target organisations.
• Design and execute outreach campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn and webinars.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Advisors and ecosystem partners to nurture opportunities.
• Promote SAP’s Intelligent Spend Management and Finance Transformation portfolio.
• Meet or exceed lead‑generation KPIs and demand‑generation targets.
• Support strategic initiatives around spend optimisation, cash‑flow management and compliance.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of B2B demand‑generation or software sales experience, preferably in finance, ERP, spend‑management or procurement technology.
• Demonstrated ability to engage CFOs, Finance Directors and Procurement Leaders.
• Familiarity with the French market and its finance or procurement dynamics.

Required skills

• Experience with digital selling tools and outbound prospecting methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, spend‑management, procurement, expense control and supplier‑management solutions.
