Social Media Operation Manager

About the role

OPPO is looking for a Social Media Operation Manager to join its Madrid office. You will support the social media team, nurture the local community, and coordinate collaborations with creators and KOLs, ensuring engaging and authentic brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to the social media team, including content coordination, publishing calendars, and community interaction.
• Manage comments, conversations, and overall engagement across OPPO’s social platforms.
• Assist in the execution of social media campaigns and product launches from a community and creator perspective.
• Build, manage, and grow OPPO’s local community, driving participation, conversation, and loyalty through community‑driven initiatives.
• Design long‑term engagement strategies that keep the community active beyond product releases.
• Support relationships with content creators and KOLs, coordinating activations, seeding programs, and brand collaborations aligned with OPPO’s positioning.
• Identify new creator profiles that match OPPO’s values and cultural relevance.

Required profile

• More than 3 years of experience in community management, social media, influencer marketing or related roles.
• Proven experience working with creators, influencers or fan communities.
• Strong understanding of community‑building and engagement strategies.
• Passion for technology, innovation and digital culture; experience in consumer electronics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
