Digital Marketing Advisor Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Advisor to join our Mediterranean Digital team in Madrid on a practicum basis. You will support our CRM, e‑commerce, and website performance initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in a luxury‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM email campaigns and manage app push‑notification strategies.
• Create and coordinate newsletter, push‑notification, and localized content for the Spanish market.
• Monitor website performance, analyse user data with Content Square and DUE platforms, and propose UX improvements.
• Design commercial messaging assets such as banners and predictive search bars, and optimise product listing pages.
• Handle digital platform tickets, conduct competitor benchmarks, and support operational incident resolution.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Recent graduate (bachelor’s or master’s within the last three years) with experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
