About the Role

Join the EY GDS Spain Talent team and play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy. As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will influence how we attract top-tier talent to build a better working world, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience within our high-performance environment.

Main Missions

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial hiring manager briefings to final candidate onboarding.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to propose innovative recruitment solutions and talent strategies.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance our market presence.
• Optimize recruitment processes and collaborate with external service providers.
• Participate in global projects and contribute to the sharing of best practices within the GDS network.
• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor recruitment performance and improve efficiency.

Profile Required

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, covering both IT and non-IT profiles.
• Strong ability to work in a multicultural and global environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• A proactive, creative, and team-oriented mindset.
• Analytical approach with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques and mastery of recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
• Fluency in English (essential for global collaboration).
