Main Missions

• Execute end-to-end headhunting and sourcing strategies using job portals, databases, and social networks, with a heavy focus on LinkedIn.
• Drive brand visibility by creating engaging job advertisements to attract top-tier talent.
• Conduct thorough telephone screenings and candidate assessments to ensure high-quality matches.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate presentation, interview scheduling, and rigorous follow-up.
• Maintain and update internal databases to ensure data integrity and streamlined processes.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and management through transparent and proactive communication.

Profile We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in headhunting, sourcing, or recruitment processes.
• Native or professional proficiency in Danish is mandatory.
• Fluent command of English (written and spoken).
• Highly autonomous professional with a strong ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for finding the perfect talent for complex roles.
