US International Tax Advisor

About the role

We are an international technology group seeking a senior US International Tax Advisor on a flexible, hourly basis. The position is remote and intended for an experienced independent consultant or boutique tax firm to provide long‑term advisory support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage US corporate and international tax matters for the group.
• Coordinate federal and state tax compliance and filings.
• Review and advise on cross‑border structures and organization.
• Support holding company and intercompany tax topics.
• Provide ongoing tax advisory to senior management.

Required profile

• CPA or equivalent qualification with strong international tax expertise.
• Proven experience with foreign‑owned US entities and cross‑border groups.
• Senior independent consultant or boutique firm background.
• Practical, business‑oriented approach.
