Country Manager – Spain

About the role

Ndax, a leading digital asset trading platform, is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead its expansion in Spain. You will be the primary point of contact for all country‑level activities, ensuring the brand’s values are reflected locally while driving growth and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Spain operations, including business development, marketing, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute Ndax’s market entry and expansion strategy based on thorough market analysis.
• Engage with regulators, government authorities, industry partners, and financial institutions to secure a compliant operating environment.
• Represent Ndax publicly at media events, conferences, industry forums, and client meetings.
• Monitor European market trends and competition, adjusting strategies for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with global Product, IT, Marketing, and Operations teams to tailor products and user experiences for Spanish clients.
• Provide regular performance and growth reports to senior management.

Required profile

• 7+ years in senior management, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech sector.
• Proven experience interacting with regulators and managing a business unit under regulatory oversight.
• Strong network across European financial services, fintech, and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of European legal and regulatory frameworks for digital assets.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
