About the role
Join frog, part of Capgemini Invent, as a Voice of Customer Experience Consultant. You will work within the frog Customer First community to help clients transform their customer experience through digital marketing, CRM, e‑commerce, and brand strategy, with a focus on Voice of Customer projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Voice of Customer initiatives for international clients.
- Support transformations in digital marketing, CRM, e‑commerce, and commercial models.
- Analyze customer feedback to shape brand and content strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic recommendations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of consulting experience in customer transformation.
- Proven experience delivering Voice of Customer projects.
- Comfortable working on international assignments.
- Strong command of English.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Medallia or Qualtrics platforms.
