A400M GST Internship – Discover II 2026/2027

About the role

Join Airbus for an 11‑month full‑time internship in the Sevilla area, part of the Discover II 2026/2027 graduate program. You will combine a master‑level training program with hands‑on experience in an operations area related to the A400M aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in decision‑making forums as a member of a multifunctional operations team.
• Lead improvement tasks that support the transformation project of the A400M Final Assembly Line.
• Acquire leadership skills through daily collaboration with senior engineers.
• Gain exposure to state‑of‑the‑art technical knowledge in the aeronautical sector.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Telecommunication or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• General knowledge of production and project management.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team spirit and ability to work in complex, international environments.
