Account Executive – Spanish Market (SaaS)

About the role

ChooseMyCompany is looking for an ambitious, hunter‑type Account Executive to lead its expansion in the Spanish market. You will be responsible for driving sales of a SaaS platform that measures employee wellbeing and engagement, while helping shape the future of the company’s Spanish office.

Key responsibilities

• Promote ChooseMyCompany’s presence across the HR ecosystem by attending forums, conferences and industry events.
• Generate new business by acquiring both Freemium users and paying Premium customers.
• Upsell Freemium accounts to Premium through tailored product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise retention and long‑term growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute award ceremonies and other strategic events.
• Contribute to strategic decisions, take ownership of the sales process and help establish the core of the Spanish office.
• Support the expansion of the sales team in Spain and assist in building sales processes for other countries.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with demonstrable successes.
• European nationality or ability to obtain a work permit in Spain.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English.
