Account Manager – Barcelona

About the role

As an Account Manager based in Barcelona, you will be the primary point of contact for ClassPass fitness partners. You will manage a high‑revenue portfolio, use data‑driven insights to grow reservations, and ensure partners receive maximum value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and reservation growth across your book of business.
• Maintain partner retention with quarterly targets and regular check‑ins.
• Monitor supply health, focusing on inventory availability and market opportunities.
• Act as the local voice of partners, escalating issues and feature requests.
• Build long‑term relationships with studios of all sizes, from boutique to larger chains.
• Promote adoption of new ClassPass products and retain existing ones.
• Utilise Salesforce to manage pipelines and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client relationships in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting performance data.
• Knowledge of the boutique fitness and wellness market.
• Ability to communicate the ClassPass value proposition clearly.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can develop creative solutions for partners.
