Account Manager – Branding & Packaging Projects

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager to join The Imageniers in Barcelona’s 22@ district. You will be part of the accounts team, managing client relationships and leading branding, packaging and communication projects from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead branding, packaging and communication projects, ensuring quality and on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams including consultants, creatives, designers and copywriters.
• Develop proposals and presentations for new and existing clients.
• Manage briefs, timelines, and quality standards throughout each project.
• Prepare project status reports and oversee technical adjustments.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in branding, packaging or communication agencies or consultancies.
• Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn.
• Highly organised, rigorous and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with empathy for diverse teams.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, flexible and demanding environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of production processes and workflows related to design, branding and packaging development.
• Fluency in Spanish, English and French.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field; postgraduate degree valued.
