Account Manager – EMEA

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our EMEA team at Topsort. You will work directly with leading marketplaces, retailers and commerce platforms, helping them adopt our privacy‑first, cookie‑free retail media solutions. The role offers immediate impact in a fast‑growing, AI‑driven ad‑tech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with EMEA clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Drive adoption and upsell of Topsort’s retail media products across the region.
• Collaborate with product, sales and operations teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Create and present performance reports, ensuring clients see measurable value.
• Support onboarding, training and ongoing support for new and existing customers.
