Account Manager – French Market (E‑commerce)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to own the French market for our e‑commerce marketing automation platform. Based in Barcelona, you will work closely with customers from trial through long‑term partnership, helping them maximise revenue with our email, SMS and funnel automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Guide prospects from free trial to onboarding, designing tailored strategies together with Account Executives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, building trust‑based relationships and providing proactive communication.
• Deliver training, best‑practice advice and actionable insights to enable client self‑sufficiency.
• Drive feature adoption, oversee integration and conduct regular strategic reviews.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, negotiate renewals and champion the platform in a competitive landscape.
• Report client feedback and performance metrics to the Head of Customer Success.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of account management or key‑account experience in a tech environment, preferably serving French‑speaking e‑commerce clients.
• Native‑level French and strong English communication skills; additional Spanish is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet targets, negotiate contracts and translate client needs into measurable results.

Required skills

• Fluency in French (native) and English.
• Experience with SaaS or marketing‑automation platforms.
