About the role

The Account Manager will drive strategic sales initiatives for a Radisson hotel, supporting business expansion and cultural evolution. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering memorable guest experiences while fostering a high‑performing team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation of the sales department, maximizing total revenue and adhering to property and company standards.
  • Proactively address guest enquiries and resolve problems to enhance satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, track key metrics, and maintain reporting tools aligned with targets.
  • Manage the department’s team lifecycle, promoting growth, development, and performance in line with company values.
  • Prepare and control the departmental budget, inventory, and productivity targets.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication.
  • Analyse business performance and provide recommendations to improve financial results, collaborating on ad‑hoc projects.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, due‑diligence requirements, and audit documentation.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales within hospitality or related sectors.
  • Ability to adapt to changing service environments.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership capabilities.
