Account Manager

About the role

International SOS is seeking an Account Manager to manage the renewal process for small to medium‑sized client accounts. You will ensure renewals are completed on time, meet sales KPIs and act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and execute renewals for a predefined portfolio of existing accounts.
• Prepare and deliver renewal quotes using CPQ, following management approval.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and ensure data integrity.
• Respond to inbound client enquiries within a 2‑day SLA.
• Negotiate pricing with client objections, supported by the manager.
• Coordinate onboarding and operational implementation for new clients.
• Review contract terms with finance, legal and commercial teams to ensure compliance.
• Track account health, utilisation and engagement to identify risks.
• Prepare client communications to improve response rates and productivity.
• Identify upsell opportunities and refer them to field sales representatives.

Required profile

• General understanding of the sales renewal process or similar activities.
• Ability to follow defined processes and manage multiple client accounts.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor utilisation and mitigate risks.
• Comfort working in an international, multicultural environment with good English and Spanish.
