Account Manager – Mandarin Speaking (Madrid)

About the role

Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is expanding its Southern Europe team. Based in Madrid, you will act as the primary liaison for salon partners, helping them unlock the full value of the Fresha platform and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Meet monetisation KPIs by onboarding and activating salon clients on FreshaPay and other platform features.
• Educate partners on best practices to optimise their profiles, manage bookings, and increase revenue.
• Maintain a portfolio of salon accounts, delivering tailored consultations based on each business’s needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding and Product teams to ensure a seamless client journey from sign‑up to long‑term growth.
• Gather and relay client feedback to influence product enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a consultative sales approach.

Required skills

• Experience using SaaS platforms for business management.
• Proficiency with video‑call tools for remote client meetings.
