Account Manager Regions Spain

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Account Manager for its Regions team in Barcelona. You will be the main contact for top-tier restaurant partners, helping them grow with Glovo while owning several cities in your area and driving long-term strategy for growth, promotions, advertising and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, proactive relationships with partners through regular communication, partner meetings and business reviews.
• Evaluate, follow up and report on the portfolio and KPIs, and act to reach goals and company OKRs.
• Run plans to grow partners through promo negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, conversion rate, cross-selling and upselling).
• Improve Glovo visibility with partners using marketing kits and merchandising.
• Renegotiate commissions and sell assets to improve Glovo's revenue.
• Plan and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
• Improve partners' operational efficiency by ensuring the best service to customers.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, investment banking, top consulting firms or tech companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus.
• Native Spanish, Catalan and English.
• Strong commercial skills, good communication and project management abilities, and a data-driven approach.

Required skills

• Computer literacy, with good knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office and Excel.
