Accounting Intern – Finance Team (Barcelona)

About the role

Kickstart your finance career with Kaplan Language Group’s Accounting & Finance team in Barcelona. As an Accounting Intern you will gain hands‑on experience in real finance operations within an international environment, supporting daily accounting activities and learning from seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries to ensure accurate recording of business transactions.
• Update accounts payable and accounts receivable records and perform regular reconciliations.
• Assist the Accounting team on ad‑hoc projects and specific tasks within the finance function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of accounting procedures.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish at C1/C2 level (additional languages a plus).
• Accurate, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
