Ad Success Representative (French)

About the role

MediaMint is looking for an Ad Success Representative who will work from its office in Spain and support a leading client in the digital advertising space. The role combines client relationship management, campaign execution, and data‑driven insights, ideal for a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with client partners.
• Lead regular check‑ins and provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with Ad Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Familiarity with digital advertising formats such as programmatic, direct IO, and self‑serve.
