Advertiser Account Manager – Barcelona

About the role

ExoClick is looking for an energetic Advertiser Account Manager to join its Barcelona office. You will manage and grow a portfolio of medium‑to‑large global advertisers, ensuring their campaigns achieve ROI while driving revenue for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, optimize and report on online advertising campaigns using ExoClick’s proprietary platform.
• Maintain daily communication with clients, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
• Negotiate agreements, pricing and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities to expand account value.
• Identify growth opportunities and prospect new advertisers for your portfolio.
• Keep the CRM system up‑to‑date with client interactions and pipeline information.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Publishing, Performance, Customer Success) to share best practices and improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of 30+ advertiser accounts.
• Highly organized, rigorous and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with calculations, statistics and data interpretation.
• Team player who contributes to a collaborative sales environment.
• Experience as a media buyer, advertiser, affiliate or traffic manager is valued.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
