AI Content Production Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing digital health company in Spain where artificial intelligence meets creative production. As an AI Content Production Specialist you will generate, evaluate, and refine AI‑driven visual, video, audio, and avatar assets that power content and marketing initiatives for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate AI‑powered image, video, avatar, and voice assets using prepared prompts, references and quality criteria.
• Create multiple variations, review outputs, select the strongest results and ready assets for further use.
• Perform quality checks on visual and audio content, identifying artifacts, unrealistic details, poor animation, lighting issues, voice quality problems or synchronization errors.
• Determine production‑readiness of AI outputs and filter out sub‑par results.
• Support asset preparation through basic editing tasks such as cropping, resizing, exporting, organizing and version control.
• Follow established AI production workflows while spotting recurring issues and suggesting improvements.
• Communicate challenges clearly and provide feedback on prompts, workflows and output quality.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience creating AI‑generated image and video content with modern AI tools.
• Understanding of AI content production workflows, including prompting, iterations, variations and quality selection.
• Strong visual judgment and high attention to detail when reviewing images, videos, audio, avatars and voice synchronization.
• Ability to follow structured processes and independently suggest improvements.
• Comfortable working in a production‑focused environment that requires multiple iterations and refinements.

Required skills

• Experience with AI generation platforms such as Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, ComfyUI, Kling, Veo or similar.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT Images or comparable text‑to‑image tools.
