AI Search Innovation Lead (Madrid based)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring an AI Search Innovation Lead based in Madrid. The role sits within the SEO team, which shapes how users discover experiences across search engines, LLMs, local listings and third-party integrations. The Lead focuses on how large language models build answers, testing and measuring AI search visibility and working with Product, Engineering and PR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic evolution of core SEO practices, securing the brand's authoritative presence across major LLMs and AI search results.
• Lead testing and measurement: design and run tests to understand how SEO signals influence LLM citations and generative presence.
• Build and maintain an analytical framework to measure AI visibility, integrating new data sources and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Work with Product and Engineering so that data schemas, site architecture and API feeds are optimized for AI ingestion.
• Evaluate new LLM releases, AI models and emerging platforms (including MCPs) and turn them into testing strategies.
• Design and run PR and community conversation strategies to accelerate and measure LLM perception.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or Big Data (STEM).
• 6-9 years of relevant SEO experience, with ownership, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a bias toward data-based decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and fluency in English; other languages are an asset.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript or other programming languages.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
