AI Senior Designer

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an AI Senior Designer based in Madrid. You will own and elevate creative execution for high-visibility digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms, using AI tools to produce 100% of creative assets for paid and organic media, hero assets, landing pages and ad hoc requests.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver video and static assets, including key visuals, motion pieces, thumbnails, end screens and hero assets.
• Define workflows that accelerate ideation, production, localization and iteration at scale.
• Prototype, pitch and validate new creative formats using performance data, platform trends and audience behaviour.
• Set creative and technical standards for AI-assisted design and video production, documenting best practices.
• Mentor and support junior designers with feedback, creative direction and guidance on craft and AI usage.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional experience in digital design, motion, video and AI production, ideally in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
• Proven experience owning creative projects end-to-end, from concept to execution, using AI tools.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and how design decisions affect results.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Thinks in systems, cares about scalability, and balances speed and quality under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with generative AI tools for image, video, copy and ideation, integrated into daily workflows.
