Airline Account Manager – Hybrid (Barcelona)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Airline Account Manager to join our Air Suppliers team in Barcelona. Working in a hybrid model, you will manage relationships with airline partners, negotiate commercial contracts and drive marketing and advertising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and coordinate promotional activities for assigned airline accounts.
• Develop, agree and implement annual marketing plans using designated marketing funds.
• Pitch and convert ad‑hoc marketing campaigns based on demand analysis and opportunities.
• Create additional value proposals for airlines using retail, business and data intelligence.
• Provide new ideas and competitor insights to enhance campaign success.
• Collaborate with Air Supply Teams, Media Service and other functions to meet the annual marketing revenue budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with airline marketing executives and decision makers.
• Participate in regular face‑to‑face or remote meetings to review performance and implement promotional actions.
• Communicate relevant topics efficiently to the line manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the travel or airline industry.
• Strong negotiation and commercial contract skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with airline marketing executives and decision makers.
• Analytical mindset to develop data‑driven proposals.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
