About the role
Alsa is looking for an Airport Assistant to work at Gran Canaria airport. The position covers sick leave and is full-time, with rotating morning and evening shifts and two days off per week.
Key responsibilities
- Provide information and customer assistance from the airport parking area
- Handle checks, queries and complaints
- Carry out administrative tasks
Required profile
- Residence close to the workplace
- Good command of new technologies
- Previous customer-facing experience is valued
- Good level of English is valued
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary of 1,441.66 EUR, with prorated bonuses
- Rotating shifts: mornings 07:00–15:00 or 08:00–16:00, evenings 15:00–23:00 or 16:00–00:00, with two days off per week
