Analytics & Insights Internship

About the role

Join the Analytics & Insights (A&I) team at P&G in Madrid and help shape business strategy through consumer research, market insights, and advanced data analytics. As an intern you will act as a junior consultant, supporting top management with data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Combine analytical expertise and consumer insights to answer critical business questions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover consumer preferences and trends.
• Leverage internal and external datasets with advanced analytics to identify market opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations for product development and business decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to explore innovation opportunities.
• Develop skills in big‑data analytics, immersive research, and storytelling.
• Connect with internal and external experts to enhance learning.

Required profile

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in marketing, statistics, data science, business management or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and passion for consumer understanding.
• Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and a proactive attitude.
