Architect – International Practice in Madrid

About the role

Hyphen is seeking an enthusiastic architect to join its growing international practice in Madrid. You will work on a variety of commercial projects, from data centres to hospitality, gaining exposure to all project phases and collaborating with senior colleagues across Europe and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Engage on major client accounts and manage project teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver design solutions.
• Participate in concept development, technical design, and site supervision.
• Travel to project sites in Spain, Latin America, or Europe as required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in architecture, architectural technology, or interior design.
• Strong design sensibility and technical knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Proactive, organised, and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Revit (minimum 1 year experience).
• AutoCAD.
• Microsoft Office suite.
