Area Sales Manager – New Vehicles

About the role

Stellantis Spain is seeking an Area Sales Manager for New Vehicles to boost sales and accelerate dealer performance across its multi‑brand network in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Drive volume growth and increase market share across assigned retailers.
• Activate dealer teams and ensure flawless execution of commercial actions.
• Lead business reviews and translate KPIs into impactful sales actions.
• Monitor and optimise stock rotation to accelerate sell‑out performance.
• Support product launches, pricing actions and field‑marketing initiatives.
• Strengthen customer experience and digital sales processes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial roles within the automotive sector.
• Strong field‑sales mindset with the ability to influence dealer leadership.
• Data‑driven, results‑oriented and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience in a multi‑brand or multinational environment is a plus.
