Assistant Manager Brand Communication – Lifestyle (Spain)

About the role

The Junior Manager Brand Communication – Lifestyle will support the development and execution of integrated brand activation plans for adidas Originals and Sportswear in Spain and Portugal. The role blends creative brand work with operational back‑office responsibilities to ensure seamless delivery of communications initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° lifestyle activation plans across all channels, ensuring premium brand execution aligned with adidas guidelines.
• Support adaptation and implementation of global and European campaigns for the local market.
• Build cultural moments and partnerships within the lifestyle segment.
• Act as the operational backbone for the Iberia lifestyle category, coordinating planning, tracking, and logistics for product orders, shootings, events, and seeding.
• Maintain brand calendars, tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (PR, digital, sales, GTM teams) and external agencies, creators, and partners to deliver best‑in‑class activations.
• Assist in tracking KPIs, monitoring activations, and contributing to post‑campaign analysis.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in brand communication, preferably within lifestyle or fashion.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
• Good understanding of lifestyle, fashion, cultural ecosystems and consumer trends.
