Assistant Store Manager – Barcelona (English required)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join its Barcelona location. You will work closely with the Store Manager to uphold the brand’s image, drive sales, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving KPI targets and identifying profit opportunities.
• Set daily and weekly sales goals for the team and monitor performance.
• Run reports, analyse KPIs and communicate action plans to the Store Manager.
• Manage store costs, stock, payroll, administrative tasks and staff rotas.
• Maintain visual standards and store presentation.
• Take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with prior experience leading a retail team.
• Proven ability to work to and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience handling store operations, stock control and administrative duties.
• Motivational leadership style that drives team performance.

Required skills

• Experience with KPI tracking and sales reporting.
• Knowledge of stock management and payroll processes.
