Assistant Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager of our North Face store in Málaga (McArthur Glen). You will help drive sales, ensure excellent customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Motivate, mentor and coach sales associates.
• Assist in implementing and improving retail processes, including inventory, P&L and visual merchandising.
• Report performance metrics and use KPIs to enhance store results.
• Maintain store appearance according to brand guidelines.
• Provide cover for the Store Manager during absences.

Required profile

• Passion for interacting with customers and delivering a memorable shopping experience.
• Hands‑on mentality, enthusiasm and ability to take initiative when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Experience in opening and closing a store, leading a team and boosting productivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using POS systems.
