About the role

Veeva’s Consultant Development Program (CDP) offers an accelerated pathway for early‑career professionals to become technology consultants delivering cloud and AI solutions to life‑sciences companies. As an Associate Consultant you will work hands‑on with innovative technology, collaborating with internal teams and external customers to implement Veeva’s platforms and solve complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design and tailor Veeva’s software platform to match each customer’s unique workflows, data structures, and business requirements.
• Lead discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and milestones from kickoff through go‑live, ensuring successful delivery.
• Guide customers on best practices to optimize their processes and maximize long‑term value of the solutions.

• Curiosity and hands‑on interest in mastering new software and technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven academic performance.

• Recent graduate (Bachelors or Masters) with up to 2 years of post‑graduate experience.

What we offer

• Starting annual salary of 37,000 EUR.
