Associate Director, Procurement – EU & UK

About the role

The Associate Director, Procurement for the EU & UK region will coordinate and deliver end‑to‑end procurement activities across the United Kingdom and Europe. Reporting to the Global Director, Strategic Procurement, the role acts as the key regional interface, supporting both existing and new airport lounge operations while driving cost‑efficiency and alignment with Group priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with UK & Europe stakeholders to execute Group‑led sourcing strategies and translate operational needs into compliant procurement solutions.
• Lead regional sourcing and contract execution in collaboration with global category owners, finance, and country teams, ensuring quality, total cost of ownership and delivery timelines.
• Manage regional supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to Group expectations and governance.
• Conduct cost and market analysis to support total‑cost‑of‑ownership initiatives and implement approved cost‑efficiency actions.
• Support adoption of Group procurement tools, e‑procurement catalogue development, and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Track and report regional procurement performance, supplier KPIs and savings, providing structured inputs to HQ and regional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Significant experience in strategic procurement, sourcing and contract management, preferably within a multi‑national environment.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with global category owners, finance and operational teams.
• Strong understanding of procurement governance, total cost of ownership and cost‑optimization methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse regions.
