Automotive Customer Support Agent – Portuguese & Spanish (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Portuguese‑Spanish speaker to join Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona as an Automotive Customer Support Agent. Working in a hybrid model, you will assist owners of cars, motorbikes and power equipment with product information, technical queries and IoT‑enabled features.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound contacts (phone, email, letters) from customers in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
• Provide first‑level technical support and guidance on product portfolio, import/export procedures and IoT applications.
• Resolve complaints, answer product‑related questions and explain company policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a professional and courteous customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
• Strong interest in automotive technology and IoT‑enabled vehicles.
• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IoT technologies related to automotive devices.
