About the role

We are looking for a motivated Waiter Assistant to join the team at the Royal Hideaway Luxury Resort in Corales, Tenerife. The role supports the front‑of‑house operations, ensuring guests feel welcomed and receive prompt service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist at the reception desk, welcoming guests and helping them settle into their rooms when needed.
• Provide direct service to guests for food and beverage orders.
• Help prepare, set up, and dismantle dining areas and service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance of the work area and equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) with mandatory HACCP certification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High proficiency in English.
• Team‑oriented, able to work under stress, with good personal presentation and strong customer focus.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) certification.
