Ayudante de Camarero/a – 20h semanales

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Waiter Assistant to join the team at Barceló Emperatriz Hotel in Madrid. Working 20 hours per week, you will support the front‑of‑house staff in delivering a high‑quality service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests during check‑in and help them settle into their rooms when needed.
• Provide direct service for drinks and meals, ensuring timely and courteous delivery.
• Participate in the set‑up, arrangement and breakdown of dining areas and service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of your work zone and equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio).
• Mandatory training in HACCP (APPCC) food‑safety standards.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English.
• Team‑oriented, stress‑tolerant, agile and well‑presented.

Required skills

• APPCC (HACCP) certification.
