About the role

Join the Barceló Group as a Waiter Assistant at the Occidental Castellana Norte hotel in Madrid. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Execute qualified, autonomous, and responsible service and sale of food and beverages.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary, and ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Provide direct assistance to customers during food and beverage consumption.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and tools required for efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) and HACCP (APPCC) certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English.
• Knowledge of mixology, restaurant operations, or hospitality is valued.
• Team‑player attitude, stress tolerance, agility, and a well‑groomed personal image.
• Strong social skills and customer orientation.
