About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our Barceló La Nucía hotel kitchen. The successful candidate will support daily food preparation, maintain hygiene standards and assist the culinary team in delivering high‑quality dishes for our guests.

Key responsibilities

Maintain the kitchen in optimal hygiene and order.
Clean, peel and cut vegetables.
Mix ingredients for recipes.
De‑feather poultry and prepare meat.
Scale and fillet fish.
Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean.
Assist in preserving raw materials and kitchen products.

Required profile

Medium‑level vocational training in Cooking and Gastronomy, with an HACCP course.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen assistant role.
No language requirement.
Knowledge of the hospitality sector is valued.
