About the role

The Economato Assistant supports the hotel’s purchasing and inventory functions, ensuring that all goods and materials are procured, received, stored, and accounted for in a timely and responsible manner.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out qualified and responsible purchasing of goods and materials.
• Assist in determining the needs of different hotel areas and coordinate orders accordingly.
• Support the Economato Manager in supplier registration and merchandise tracking.
• Receive deliveries, verify expiration dates, quality, quantity, and process invoices.
• Monitor stock levels and control inventory of goods and materials.
• Manage storage, handling, and organization of all items.

Required profile

• Medium-level vocational training in Administration, Purchasing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• English language skills are desirable.
• Knowledge of the hospitality sector is a plus.
