About the role
Exoticca is looking for a motivated and organized Operations Assistant to support its B2B team. You will act as the operational backbone for one of the company’s largest B2B partners in Spain, ensuring daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner issues, track incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- Proactively liaise with internal departments to unblock problems and deliver solutions.
- Assist with product loading tasks, verifying itineraries, availability and pricing on partner platforms.
- Support the administrative organization of trade fairs, events and roadshows, handling calendars, logistics and coordination with local teams.
- Manage inventory, requests and shipping of promotional materials and merchandising.
Required profile
- Minimum FP/FPII in Tourism, Administration or related studies.
- Highly organized, proactive problem‑solver with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written Spanish and good English communication skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools and quick to learn internal systems.
