B2B Restaurant Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Restaurant Trainer to join TheFork’s team and help restaurant partners adopt our digital booking solutions. You will act as a consultant, understand each restaurant’s workflow and configure our software to fit their operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant partners by delivering in‑person, phone or virtual training on TheFork’s SaaS tools.
• Configure and personalize the platform to match each restaurant’s business model and operational processes.
• Drive digital adoption, encouraging restaurants to change their working habits and use the services effectively.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
• Collect feedback from restaurants and relay insights to product teams for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term adoption.
• Track training effectiveness and adoption KPIs, reporting on individual goals.
• Create and maintain training materials such as guides, videos and webinars.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new product features and act as a product ambassador.

Required skills
