B2B Restaurant Trainer

About the role

TheFork is looking for a B2B Restaurant Trainer to help restaurant partners adopt and maximise the use of its digital booking and management solutions. You will act as a consultant, understanding each restaurant’s workflow and tailoring the platform to fit their operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant partners through phone, on‑site and virtual training sessions.
• Configure and personalise TheFork tools to match each restaurant’s business model.
• Drive digital adoption by demonstrating the benefits of the platform and encouraging behavioural change.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
• Collect feedback from restaurants and relay insights to product teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term adoption.
• Create and maintain training materials such as guides, videos and webinars.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling and presentation abilities to simplify technical concepts.
• Empathetic listener who can adapt communication to diverse restaurant owners and managers.
• Resilient and patient when facing resistance to change.
• Data‑driven mindset comfortable with metrics and KPIs.
